The help instructions seem simple enough ... but ...
https://support.1password.com/touch-id-mac/
Have a new MacBook Pro with TouchID and migrated my profile from an earlier MacBook Pro.
Trying to setup TouchID for 1P and there is no option in Preferences > Security
What am I missing?

@dwickett: Thanks for reaching out. I’m sorry for the confusion! Touch ID in 1Password for mac depends on it being offered by the system. As mentioned in the guide you linked, you need to enable it in System Preferences first:

If it is already, then something is amiss (perhaps from the migration), as macOS is not telling 1Password that Touch ID is available. It can help to disable it completely, restart, and then set it up again. Let me know how you get along!

Same problem with MacOS 10.13.3 and 1Password 6.8.7 on a 2017 MacBook Pro - but my TouchID is definitely enabled and active for logins, iTunes, etc.

@ecarlseen: Definitely try disabling Touch ID completely in System Preferences, restart your Mac, and then set it up again. That can get macOS to offer it to 1Password when it isn't for some reason. Let me know how it goes!
