is the 1password supposed to close after switching apps on iphone

I open 1password on iPhone to get a password, then go to another app and when I come back to 1 password it is closed and need to re-open.

    By default, 1Password locks when you switch applications, yes.

    You can certainly change the Security settings via settings -> Security, but it really isn't recommended that you turn off "lock on exit"
