I updated my app to ios11 and cannot get in my app now. It says it’s not compatible.
I updated my app, and now it says it’s not compatible. I cannot get into my app To retrieve any of my passwords. Apple says to contact you for an update.

@JdbCpa44: Thanks for getting in touch! Since you didn't include many details in your message, I don't want to assume anything.
Recently we've had people contacting us who have been using a very old version of 1Password and, in spite of many months of popup warnings from both 1Password itself and iOS, upgraded to iOS 11, where it can no longer work. Is this the situation you're in? https://1pw.ca/iOS11OPI3
If so, you'll need to follow the instructions here to recover your data using a computer since 1Password 3 cannot run at all on iOS 11:
