The 1Password app on my phone is now prompting for a password and the Touch Id option is no longer shown in Security->Settings.
This is running on an iPhone SE with the software versions listed below.

1Password Version: 7.0.4

  • Hi @tomedds,

Thanks for taking the time to write in. Do you have Touch ID enabled for the phone itself? If it is, can you please try turning it off and then back on?

    Thanks!

After my post I realized Touch Id had disappeared from another app as well, so I did exactly that. Power cycled the phone, and now Touch Id is back in the list for the 1Password app. Thanks for the quick response.

  • @tomedds,

No problem, let us know if you have any other questions.

Its worth mentioning here that Touch ID is not meant as a replacement for your Master Password, you still need to know that password as there are other situations where Touch ID will become unavailable. Those situations include adding/removing Fingerprints.
