@Adam1987: Thanks for getting in touch. I'm sorry to hear that. Do you not have access to any of your authorized devices? If you do, you can get your account credentials in the app under Preferences/Settings > Account, or in the web interface:

You can also create a new Emergency Kit from there. Let me know if that helps!

I was begging you to cancel my membership and subscription in the last 3 days, because I have no more access to my data. I would like to ask you again to cancel them. I don't need 1password families or teams (which you offer me to solve the problem but it's impossible without my secret key). I would like to forget 1password and Agilebits forever. You have access to my credit card data but I don't want to use 1password anymore and pay for them. So again, please cancel my subscription!
