Can a custom 1Password browser extension button be added to the Touch Bar in Safari on my MBP?

For example, when I browse to a login page in Safari, I'd like there to be a "log in" button on the Touch Bar that would use my saved login from the 1Password browser extension. Currently, I need to click 1Password on the Safari toolbar and then click my saved login before it will sign me in. It would be even cooler if I could simply use Touch ID to log me into the site.

1Password Version: 6.8.5
Extension Version: 4.6.12
OS Version: 10.13.2
Sync Type: 1Password account

This is a good idea and something we'd love to do, but right now, third party apps aren't able to control the Touch Bar unless they are the active app. As such, 1Password can't do what you're asking for because it doesn't have control of the Touch Bar when Safari is active. Hopefully in the future it might be possible because it would indeed be very cool. :chuffed:

Thanks Jamie. I'm sure Apple will eventually enable third party app control of the Touch Bar and make our lives that much better. Cheers!
