My purchase of 1password 3.5.2 is not working with the iOS upgrade. It is not supported.

I purchased your app on 11/01/2010. I am unable to open it after I upgraded to the current iOS version for my iPad Air 2. The App Store says the developer needs to update the app to work with the current release. How can I recover the information given that it seems to be locked out.

    @Louis_Farrell: 1Password 3, like all apps from 2010, cannot run on iOS 11. You can find more details here:

    We released its successor, 1Password 4, in 2012, and three more major versions since then. You'll need to use 1Password 7 on iOS 11, since it is the current compatible version.
