Upgrade doesnt work, just loops trying to download/unpack

Hi.
Run into an issue on my iMac where 1PW offers the upgrade notification and then wont install as such, just loops and tries to unpack but never happens.
I think I bought it from the app store from memory.
Any ideas?

Extension Version: Not Provided
OS Version: 10.13.1
Sync Type: icloud

    @airbag: Thanks for reaching out. I’m sorry for the trouble! All of that is handled by macOS's archive utility, but if something is damaged that can cause the update to fail as well. You should be able to install a fresh copy directly from our website though:
