Wlan Sync - when secret code is entered to iPhone the app quits
Hello,
I just switched to iPhone X, installed the 1password app and tried to sync via Wlan with my PC (Windows 10). When I enter the code and click next in order to sync for the first time, the app quits. Have tried several times after quiting both apps in my PC and iPhone. I also deleted the app and reinstalled it ... no succes. Any help would be much appreciated.

You've posted this in the iOS category of the forum, but it sounds like you're referring to the app quitting on Windows, and have provided only its version. Please let me know the exact details, as well as the exact OS and 1Password versions you're using on all devices involved. Also, be sure to follow this guide, as it may help narrow down the cause:

@brenty: Thank you for taking the time to help me. I posted in the iOS section because it is the iOs app that quits once I enter the secret code in order to sync.

@yannisp: Thanks for clarifying. That's kind of what I thought at first, but it wasn't clear to me.
If you're still having trouble, the best thing to do will be to go to 1Password for iOS Settings > Advanced > Diagnostics > Log Settings, enable App, Sync, and WLAN Sync. That should get us some additional information about where things are stopping. Then, after you restart your devices and reproduce the same issue, generate a diagnostic report for each device so we can look at the logs to determine exactly what is happening.
