Went from 1P v4 to 1P v6 on Windows. Now FF extension broken.

Firefox Quantum 57.0.3
1Password 6.8.492

I just updated my Windows 1P from 4 to 6, and now the FF extension doesn't work. It's grayed out. Chrome works fine.
Also switched from Dropbox sync to 1Password sync, if that makes any difference.
Everything works on OSX and IOS.

1Password Version: 6.8.492
Extension Version: 4.6.12.90
OS Version: Windows 7
Sync Type: 1Password

    Thanks for reaching out to us, @jwhite518! I'm sorry to hear about the trouble with the 1Password extension in Firefox.

    Can you make sure that native messaging is enabled for Firefox in 1Password for Windows?

    1. Open and unlock 1Password.
    2. Click 1Password > Settings in the top-left corner.
    3. Click on the Advanced tab.
    4. Check "Enable Native Messaging for Firefox".

    If that doesn't do the trick, I'd like to ask you to create a diagnostics report from your Windows PC using the following instructions:

    How to send a 1Password diagnostics report

    You'll want to send that diagnostics report to support+extension@agilebits.com.

    Once you've sent the report, you should receive an automated response from us with a ticket ID. Please post that number here so we can keep an eye out for it. Once we review the diagnostics report, we'll hopefully have a better idea of what may be going on. :)
