1password ‘key’ above iPad keyboard only accesses saved passwords not all info

When I use the 1P key icon above the iPad keyboard hoping to access my usernames, passwords etc all I can search for is the actual saved passwords rather than the logins, secure notes etc. Am I missing a trick here?

@Moorlander: Thanks for reaching out. I’m sorry for the confusion! That isn't 1Password. I don't know what app that is, but while we offer a 1Password extension for iOS, it isn't something we can build into other apps ourselves. Their developers will need to add support for it. Otherwise it is necessary to copy and paste. You can always use1Password in Safari though, and there are many other apps that support the 1Password iOS extension! Let me know what you find, and if you have any other questions. :)

thanks for the explanation - it seems this is part of iOS and the password list I'm seeing is the passwords saved in iOS settings - I was fooled, it looks just like part of 1P. Wouldn't it be nice if it was linked to 1P?

@Moorlander I suppose it would be nice, but directly incorporating that into 1Password just is not in the cards, as that's entirely under Apple's control, not ours. In general, we encourage users to turn off in-browser password managers and be cognizant of Apple or iCloud keychain, because it's NOT something we can include in 1Password. 1Password is also more versatile than browser (or platform) specific keychains because 1Password can be used on all four major platforms (Windows, Mac, iOS and Android). I'm glad you're clear on the differences - have a great weekend! :)
