How do i back up my account to a Mac - i cannot seem to find my license from the app store. Is there something i need to purchase?

    Welcome to the forum, @rm59! I'm not quite sure what you mean by "backup my account to a Mac." I did notice that the information you gave was for an iOS device, so I'm going to move this thread to the 1Password for iOS forum topic, if that's OK with you.

    If you meant that you'd like to have your 1Password data synced and available on both your Mac and your iOS device, then you have a few choices for sync. If that's the case, then yes, you would need a either a standlone license for 1Password for Mac, or a better option would be a 1password.com account. If you go the standalone route, you can read about the advanced sync options here

    If you just meant you'd like to make backups of your 1Password for iOS data and transfer them to your Mac, you can do that as well; just follow these instructions. Let us know if you have any questions.
