I have lost my Key and my password is not working, what are my options?? I have a subscription so can I cancel it and start again??

  • Hey @shaunmoloney! We'd be happy to help out with that. Your Secret Key is saved wherever you sign in, so you can find it in 1Password's settings on one of the devices you've signed in to:

    Find your Secret Key or Setup Code

    If you don't find your Secret Key there or still can't sign in, please send us a message at support@1password.com and we'd be happy to help. Once you do that, post back here with the confirmation ID you receive via email and we'll get back to you as quickly as possible. :)
