Cannot copy documents between 1password.eu and 1password.com

I was playing around with my trial account on the 1Password.com location and my (today subscribed :) ) 1Password.eu family account. I tried to copy documents from .eu to .com and vice-versa and the iOS app always fails with the error message "Failed to Copy Item. 1Password encountered an error while processing some of your items: (Filename of the item)"
I tried with existing Documents as well as with a new one I created on my iPhone. Still the same problem.
Copying an item from my "classic" Dropbox vault to each of the two locations does work however.

    Thanks for taking the time to write in.

    I tried reproducing this “failed to copy” error on my iPad running iOS 11.2.1 (just realized I haven’t installed 11.2.2 yet), and 1Password 7.0.1. I opened a Document item in 1Password Account A and used the Move and Copy selection to copy the item to a vault in 1Password Account B. The operation succeeded without error. I’m going to update to the same versions you’re using and see if that makes a difference.

    Make sure that you download the document to your device before attempting to move it.

    @Manaburner,

    Thanks for following up. It does indeed appear that the difference (and the ‘problem’) here is the fact that you’re moving between ‘instances’ of 1Password (different regions). In these cases the Documents will need to be downloaded to your device and re-created on the destination instance. It isn’t currently possible to move a Document from one instance to another.

    When you say „Download to your device“ are you referring to a Desktop device, eg a Mac with 1Password? Because that doesn’t seem to work on my iPhone. I have downloaded the file but it still didn’t work

    You’d need to actually save the file outside of 1Password.
