Touch ID. Please help!

My problem is my iPhone 7 Touch ID stopped working on the App and i don’t remember my password. What can I do?

    Hi @Badwater,

    I’m sorry for the inconvenience. Your Master Password is what 1Password encrypts your 1Password data with, and as such the only way to decrypt that data is with the Master Password. If you cannot recall your Master Password please see this guide:

    If you forgot your Master Password or you can't unlock 1Password

    The only way to re-enable Touch ID within 1Password and unlock the app is to enter the correct Master Password. If ultimately you determine you are not going to be able to do that the above mentioned guide also has instructions for starting over.
