Reset my network settings on IOS - 1password does not unlock on Iphone but works on mac

Hi,
I recently did the Reset Network settings on my Iphone 6 - IOS 10. This resets the wifi and all the related settings without affect any data. Thus privacy and notifications setting have to be set up again. Also Password has to be entered on any touch enabled apps for the first time before touchId is enabled. I have been able to successfully do that on other apps. But 1Password does not seem to unlock at all.

Hi @pal4life,

Do you have access you all of your 1Password data on your Mac? If so I’d recommend uninstalling 1Password for iOS and reinstalling it, then re-set up syncing:

Thanks for this info Ben,
I deleted the IOS app and reinstalled it. I am facing some issues syncing in my account . I used to have a standalone account to which I added a team account. My master password is from my standalone account which on my Mac unlocks both my personal as well as team account. When I am trying to setup the team account on the Iphone, it does not seem to like the Master password. I am able to use the Emergency Kit information including the bar code to set up my team account but Iphone does not seem to like the Master password though? Its confusing now, why does the master password work ok on mac but does not work on Iphone?
