why is my wife being asked to supply a credit card number when I have already signed up
I recently took up the family option and then joined my wife as a family member . I supplied credit card details. My wife has since received two emails asking for her to supply a credit card number for seamless membership also. Why is this necessary?

Thanks for taking the time to write in.
If your wife’s only account is part of your 1Password Family membership, and you’ve already paid for that membership, then she would not have to enter separate credit card info. But since she is getting emails to the contrary, it doesn’t sound like she is set up properly (likely has multiple accounts). Could you please have her email us from the email address she uses with 1Password to

Thanks Ben. My wife does only have the 1password account set up through families and she has emailed support from the email address used with that.
