Unable to use the autofill password feature

Hello,
I switched from an Android phone to an IPhone X and it is using IOS version 11.2. Whenever I try to log into an app (say Chase), and touch the lock icon on the keyboard, the 1password autofill password search tool comes up with only my google.com account in the results. I am able to type into the search field but nothing is found. If I go into my 1Password app, I can see all of my account passwords are listing. I am using Dropbox as the password repository. Any ideas why 1password can't locate any accounts except google?

The Chase app doesn’t appear to have 1Password integration... are you sure it is 1Password that you are seeing, or is it perhaps iCloud Keychain?

Yes, I guess it may be Safari's autofill feature or icloud. I am pretty new to the iPhone. Is there a way to use the 1Password keyboard instead like the Android phone? I would like to be able to login easily directly through an app if possible. Thanks Ben.

There is not. iOS does not allow non-Apple keyboards in password fields, so filling passwords via a keyboard is a non-starter. Instead we’ve built an extension that apps can use to integrate 1Password (and other password managers) into their apps. You can read more about this here:

As far as I can see the Chase app does not yet have 1Password integration. As such the best I could suggest would be to reach out to them and let them know you’d like to be able to log in to their app using the 1Password extension. Until they do so the best we can offer is copy + paste from 1Password into their app.
