Certain vaults will not save updated passwords

I am attempting to update a password in one of our vaults and it will save in certain ones, but others will only hold the password for a few mins and then it will revert back to a previously saved password.

    @Chandra_Spenst -- that's an odd one. Passwords (or any other data, for that matter, in 1Password) should never "revert" to a previous state. Can I ask how you are changing these passwords, and how you know they're "reverting?" Also, what version of 1Password are you running, and what version of macOS? Please be as specific as you can. Thanks!
