I downloaded the 1Password app on a new iPhone 7. The sync option is no longer in settings?
I recently upgraded to an iPhone 7. I logged into my 1Password account through the app. I went to WLAN sync the iPhone to my computer, but Sync is missing from the Settings menu?

I’m trying to sync through 1password.com. I have 1password on my iPad as well. I have no trouble synching my iPad with my desktop. On the iPad 1Password app, the sync option is under settings. On the new iPhone the sync option is not there?

Correct; it isn’t necessary (or possible) to manually set up syncing with a 1Password account. To have your 1Password.com account data on a device simply sign in to your account. This is done in 1Password > Settings > 1Password Accounts. You’ll probably want to remove any old standalone vaults once you’ve done so, so they aren’t tripping you up. This is done under 1Password > Settings > Vaults > Primary > Delete Vault.

Sorry - I'm confused. I want to sync the 1Password on my new iPhone to the 1Password for Windows app (ver4.6.2.626) on my desktop computer. Until yesterday, I could go into the Windows app on my desktop select FILE and then WLAN SYNC, and then once 1Password was open on the iPhone (or iPad) it would ask for a password and sync automatically. Synching between the desktop and iPad continues to work this way. However with the new iPhone it is not synching with the desktop

It sounds like you errantly setup a 1Password.com membership when you setup your new iPhone. Your best course of action here is to email support at support + forums @ agilebits . com so they can help you delete your account and cancel any apple subscription you might've put yourself in the queue for at the end of your 30 day trial period.

I have a 1Password.com membership and used the login info for that membership when I opened 1Password on the new phone

If your intention is to use a 1Password.com subscription membership then you’ll need to install 1Password 6 for Windows. v4 does not support membership accounts.

When you download v6 sign into the same account you’re using on the phone. :)
