Seen many threads regards this issue, it's 2018 already and still not implemented?

    Welcome to the forum, @heihachi88! Expanded text functionality in notes is something we definitely want to add to 1Password - and that would likely be Markdown, instead of RTF or the like. You're quite correct, this is a popular feature request, so thanks for adding your voice to the folks who've already requested it. I don't have anything to announce at this time, but keep an eye on updates as that's where you'll see new features like this. Have a great week!

    Take my +1 on this long awaited feature. Text-Only notes is anachronistic and aged. This feature was requested since years but unfortunately you do not take action on it. Markdown is perfect for 1pw as it is text-only. Only thing you need to add is a parser. There are tons of free commercially usable md parsers available (e.g. MarkdownKit or sundown). It is not understandable why it takes so long to implement this feature.
