Vault Merge - Primary and Personal Vault

I use 1Password on my IPhone since long time ago, I have primary and personal vault, then when I installed and loged in with my account in Android, I found the personal vault only.
Can you tell me please how to move what on my primary vault to my personal vault in iPhone? And then how to delete the primary vault?
Can i do it from my iPhone?
