I have a stand alone license, no master password. Unable to sign into 1Password on my iPad.

I had to reinstall 1Password on my iPad Pro. When I tried to log in I was asked for a master password. I have a stand alone license and thus no master password. How do I log in?

    Hi @delyons1951,

    Thanks for taking the time to write in. I’m sorry for the confusion — do you perhaps mean that you do not have a Secret Key? It doesn’t sound like you have a 1Password.com subscription membership, so instead of selecting the option to sign into a 1Password.com account please instead scroll down and select the sync option you’re using:

    Sync your 1Password data

    Even standalone license customers have Master Passwords though, and you’ll need to enter yours in order to set up syncing.
