Old Record on apple watch that is not tagged

I just noticed this. I have an old credit card showing up on my apple watch that is not in my records. Must be a holdover from when I first started using the share feature then stopped. My watch shows four records, but 1p shows only three.

Any ides on how I can remove this non-record from my watch?

    Problem solved. I have a vault named 'Archived'. I had moved that old credit card record to that vault, but did not remove the tag. It seems you can share records to apple watch from multiple vaults.
