I contacted 1Password a week ago by support email about cancelling my account, and have not heard back. I understand you can't discuss this on the forum. I would like to resolve this matter. #GEX-92114-649 Thanks

    @hlnurse: Greg replied to you via email almost exactly a week ago, but never heard back. Are you unable to receive our replies? Have you checked your spam folder? I'll resend his message here momentarily, but if you're not able to receive email there won't be much we can do, as we're not going to discuss private account details here on a public forum. :(
