How to assign an item to a category?

I have some old items which are not assigned to any category.

How do I assign them to a category?

    Hi @Philippe6

    Thanks for taking the time to write in. I’m not entirely sure I follow... Perhaps a better name for categories would be “templates.” What categories do is define what fields exist within the item. It isn’t really possible to change what category an item is associated with because that would mean changing the fields on the item. How are you locating these items, if they don’t exist in any category? What fields do these items have on them?
