Changed fingerprints; unable to unlock with Touch ID [iOS 11.3 beta problem]

    Hello, I have iphone7 iOS 11.3! 1Pasword unlocks many times only with the main password, occasionally message: TouchID changed fingerprints, enter the main password !! Still over, nothing will help!
    Purchased at Apple Store.

    To clarify: you have not changed your fingerprints, but 1Password is showing a message indicating it has detected that you have? And then you are unable to unlock 1Password with Touch ID?

    If that is the case I’d recommend trying the following:

    • Disable Touch ID in 1Password
    • Disable Touch ID on the device and remove all fingerprints
    • Re-enable Touch ID on the device and re-establish your fingerprints
    • Re-enable Touch ID in 1Password

    Does not work. The experiment was four times, still the same message. Unfortunately.

  • Thanks @acro. This appears to be an issue with the iOS 11.3 beta. For now we’d recommend reverting to iOS 11.2 stable. Hopefully this will be fixed up before 11.3 is released.
