I cannot scan QR code in Android app. It gives me three options but no qr code.
I have 1Password for web and Chrome browser, with a team setup for my company. I run Linux so I cannot run the native Mac or Win apps.
The web site presents me a QR code when I click on "Add the Apps."
I start 1Password on my Android phone, but it does not give me the option to scan a QR code. It only gives me three options:
1) Dropbox
2) WLAN server
3) Local storage.
I cannot get out of this screen, there is no other option available. It even asks the question "Already using 1Password?" but I cannot even select, "No."

Hi @dougbarbieri. It sounds like your device may not currently support 1Password memberships. Android 5.0 or later is a requirement for signing into a membership from 1Password on Android.
Can you let us know what device you're using and if you're using Android 5.0 or later? If not, are you able to update your device's firmware to that version?

Hi Peri. Ah, yes then that's the problem: I'm running 4.4.2.

I see. Thanks for the update, @dougbarbieri. If you're able to update to Android 5.0, please do. Otherwise, I recommend accessing your data from 1Password.com on your Android device instead.

I recommend that you alter your documentation to warn those of us on ancient mobile versions. :+1:

I'm not sure if you saw my link earlier, @dougbarbieri, but we do indeed have this pointed out in our documentation. You can find the system requirements here: https://support.1password.com/system-requirements/?android

Ah, yes, I see that. However, I was referring to this page in particular:
https://my.1password.com/apps/
You should explain right there that QR scanning is not supported on Android less than 5.0. That's my suggestion.
