I need help, please urgent brother in coma
Guys, i asked for the support but they couldnt help me. My brother still hospitalized for almost 2 weeks and he show me his password to 1password last year, at january. But it was a long ago and there were a lot of impornt things that my family needs. I know we can use his TouchID to open it, but the app ask for the password. Isnt there a way to open it with his touchID? Or anything we can try? Im with his cellphone, so i can acess his email and stuff, bur not the app.
I installed at my cell phone too, and notice that i can open with touchID, and sometimes it ask for the password.
Its really urgent because if we cant acess, we gonna problably go to the justice and gonna take a really long time, cuz brazilian justice is really slow on this cases.

I’m sorry to hear about your brother. I hope he has a speedy recovery. If 1Password is requesting the Master Password in order to unlock, then the only way in to 1Password is via the Master Password. There is no other way in.
