Password length defaulting to 20 characters

When I am creating a new login from a form within Chrome, it always defaults to 20 characters. How do I shorten that?

Extension Version: Chrome
OS Version: High Sierra
Sync Type: Account

    @creativedogmedia - we've actually got a great guide (with video!) for changing passwords, which includes how to use 1Password's password generator and adjust the length as well as the number of numbers and symbols in any password you generate. Is that what you're looking for?
