Deleted Family account [resolving issue through email]
Hi Team,
I am using your service and had a Personal account until yesterday. I switched to a Family account yesterday and later on decided to go back to Personal. I presumed that once I will confirm the "Family account" deletion - my personal account still will be available. To my surprise - I could no longer logon to the service, getting information my account was deleted. Could you help me? Can my personal account could be restored?
I have placed the same query through email yesterday, but since then no response( cases numbers #QZH-72817-856 and #USB-11425-217).
