About that 1Password SEO
Wonder how many people this messes up? It leads to the legacy downloads. (was reinstalling a PC and this is what I got when I still had Edge and searched Bing). The highlighted elements lead to the legacy software.
Download links (yellow) lead to either legacy downloads or standalone purchase
Both blue circles leads to forums. Google is different (second image, I was curious then)
Prolly want to review that result in general.
Bing: Term: "1password for windows"
Google: Similar result only brought up by "1Password" not "1password for windows" (which brings up a poor result), but result set is much friendlier and on point.

Is there a reason to stick with Bing and not use Google? I have never found Bing searches (or Yahoo whose search engine is based on Bing) to be completely relevant.

@wkleem I don't particularly use bing, it was just there when I was setting up. I'm thinking that 1Password's SEO gurus should take a look so that those who do use Bing don't get the wrong thing and present the company the way the company wants to be presented. I'm guessing they don't want the legacy apps to be the primary download nowadays.

@wkleem: Bing is the default in Internet Explorer (R.I.P.) and Edge, so on Windows it's fairly widely used.
@AlwaysSortaCurious: Good catch. We don't have granular control over this, and also don't want to make the apps hard to find for those who need them...but the good news is that this will all be changing in the near future as we release new versions across all platforms. ;)
