Account Frozen even after the payment through App store

HI Team,

I used the trail for sometime after that i was using the free version. Yesterday (5th Feb 2018) i made a purchase on the app store for INR 799, even after this my account looks froze.

Could you please help me with this ?

    I see you've also contacted us through email about your frozen account issue and have a conversation going with Laura. We'll keep it going there so we're not getting support wires crossed between both places. :)

    For the future, it's preferable to avoid contacting us through multiple support channels (e.g. email and forum) since it causes a duplication of efforts that slows down the support process for everyone. Thanks!
