I can't get the service to work on my PC

I purchased one password family subscription and the setup process was unclear to me, hence I don't feel it has been setup correctly on my PC.

I would like some simple steps to follow so that I can complete this process.

    Welcome to the forum, @ross_stevens! It looks like you've also written the same issue to our email support, and one of my colleagues has already responded. Let's keep the conversation going over there, if you don't mind, as it may involve personal details of your account which should not be shared in this public forum. Also, for the future, please don't send the same question or problem in to multiple support channels; it doesn't get your question answered any faster, and in fact causes us to have to coordinate and cross-reference, slowing down the support experience for you as well as everyone else.
