Forgot Master password. Please help reset on my MAC.

Cant remember my Master password. Thought I had safely written it down. Can't find it and log on to 1Password. Please help in re-setting. Not too technically savvy. Sorry. Signed up for an annual membership and now can't access. HELP. Thank you.
