No key
I just signed up for 1password using my ipad. When i was given my secret key i tried to save it but failed and cannot find it. Not having logged in for the first time on the app I need it to get in. I would be happy to start over but that seems to require a new account. How do i delete the first one?? Etc.

Guess I can just put a hold on the credit charge and get some other password manager. Thanks for the help!

We can absolutely help you with that. The best way to do so is to email us at support@1password.com from the email address associated with the account. We'll help you delete the old account and create a new one. We'll make sure that you aren't charged for the previous account.
