Changed Face ID, can't login using it

I had to reset all my settings, including my Face ID and now I can't use it to login. I'm on the 11.3 iOS beta program. I notice that it's not even asking for permission to use Face ID after I've uniinstalled/reinstalled.
What can I do?

There is a problem with the iOS 11.3 beta that prevents 1Password from working as-is with Face ID and Touch ID. Our recommendation would be to revert to the stable version of iOS until the issue has been resolved.
