@mvavrousek: Thanks for reaching out. I’m sorry for the confusion! Did you sign up through Apple subscriptions? In that case, it isn't possible to manage your subscription through our website, only through Apple:

If you started your subscription using an in-app purchase on your Apple device

Otherwise, if your subscription is managed directly through 1Password.com, you can manage it there by signing into your account:

https://start.1password.com/billing
