Is it OK that my account only works on the app store app?

I have just purchased a family account from Agile bits. I'm not sure what I did on the setup, but now I have a "1password" app in the appstore as well as "1password 6". The problem is that "1password 6" looks to be using an old trial account, while the "1password" app works with my new family account. Is this OK? Will the app from the appstore be updated?

    @chrisnesneros: It sounds like you installed both the AgileBits Store version of 1Password for Mac ("1Password 6") and the Mac App Store version ("1Password"). If you have your account with all of your data setup in "1Password", you can safely drag "1Password 6" to the Trash, restart your Mac, and you should be good to go. I hope this helps.
