I want to change the credit card I use for the account, but don't find "billing" in the sidebar
How do I locate the place to change my billing information? There is no option for billing in the sidebar.

Welcome to the forum, @mary_houlihan! You have to sign into your account in a web browser to access the Billing tab (and a few other administrative functions); they're not available in the 1Password applications for Mac, Windows, iOS or Android. If you've got an individual account, just go to https://my.1password.com and sign in. You'll see the Billing tab in the sidebar on the right.
