emergency kit did not download, can't sign in

new user
purchased 1 year subscription
had to click 30 day free trial with this process (not option to not click this)
tried to sign on
do not have security code
read how to find it and there was no 'emergency kit' downloaded to my mac
want my $ back already... :/
