Account frozen?

I'm using 1Password version 6.8.7 on a Mac and until now have had no trouble with it. Today I tried to change some passwords and couldn't. I renewed 1Password in October 2017. I went to Preferences>Account and didn't see my account listed so I tried to enter it manually. I entered Sign-In, Email Address, Secret Key, and Master Password and it tells me I could not log in due to inaccurate account information. I've checked them all and all are correct. How do I correct this and what's the problem?

    Welcome to the forum, @BoneDaddy! I see you've also addressed this same exact question to your email support team. Since you're new around here, can I ask that you please choose a method of contacting us and limit yourself to that method? If we have to coordinate between multiple points of contact/conversation threads for various users, it slows down support times for everyone including you and can cause confusion.
