Admin Rights

I’m in the default admin group and I had access to manage all vaults, I removed the admin group from all the vaults. I had my co-worker add the admin group back to all the vaults but I am now unable to manage the vaults and other members in the admin group are unable to also..Can you advise on how to correct this...
