Going from normal membership to a family account

This morning I loaded the 1 passsword app to her iPhone. As part of the activation I chose the only option which was to become an active individual user, of which my Apple account was charged. What I wanted was the family plan, but did not see any option for this. How does one upgrade to this family version & then sync both accounts as one?

If you don't receive the email, please check your Spam or Bulk email folder, as sometimes overzealous spam filters can mark unsolicited email from us as junk.
