Signing in to 1password
I added the 1password team subscription to my account to check it out for my company, but I didn't see the need for it at the moment.
I cancelled the team subscription and now 1password will not let me login and it says my account is deleted. It also signed me out of all devices. I have secret key and master password. I paid for one year on March 6 so I still have almost a full year of service. I need to access my account as I have all my valuable information in there. It makes no sense. I never deleted my personal account, only cancelled the teams subscription.
Please help.

I have a 1password individual account. I was trying the teams subscription, but decided to cancel it. I received an email saying my teams subscription was cancelled and and that my account will remain active for the current billing period. It says I can resuscribe by visiting the billing tab in administrator console. However, it signed me out of all devices. I do not have the secret key to sign in. I’m honestly flipping out because I have so many passwords and personal data in this app that if it’s lost I don’t know what to do.
Also when I check with my email, it says there is no account attached to such email.
What happened? I was just trying to downgrade back to individual subscription.
Any help is appreciated.

@etrevino94: Thanks for reaching out. I’m sorry for the confusion! I've removed the screenshots from your post since they included private information. Your account will only be deleted if you go to your Profile page, click "Delete Account Permanently", and go through a few steps to confirm that you want to do that. Anyway, I see that Jacob has already been helping you via email since you contacted us there separately as well, so we'll continue the conversation there if you need anything else. Cheers! :)
