please allow fingerprint or pin

Seems that fingerprint and pin are mutually exclusive. This is a pain and its forcing me to use pin because when i've worked construction for a day, or worked in the garden, my fingerprint stops working for a while.

Please let me enable both fingerprint AND pin.
