Restored iPad, been pro user since ipone4& nothing is working at all pls help
I have always synced between iPhone, iPad and windows. I have never changed my master password, following a restore to a new iPad, not a single David is accepting my master password, which I have never ever changed! Also 2 weeks ago my phone installed fine, then when I entered to add win and iPad even my iPhone is now requiring this master password I haven’t changed in over 6 years!! With so many year experience with this software I am completely lost

Hi @betaTesters
Have you tried restoring from a backup that was created prior to this incident occurring? Doing so may help, if the Master Password did indeed somehow change in that timeframe:

Hi there, as my passwords were all synced between iPad, iPhone and windows via Dropbox, I was instructed to delete the apps, reinstall and reset up. All worked a charm. Of course as I purchased the iOS app back on my iPhone 4, it always recognises that purchase when I get a new phone so no probs there either :)
