Lost emergency kit on device, cannot log in.
I lost all the information on the device I saved my emergency kit to. I have in the past had a previous account merged with a new one, which is now the one I cann't access. The one I cannot access is thebaylisfam.1password.com, the new one is [removed for privacy — this is a public forum!] I paid for a year, then the account was closed, so I had a credit to [removed for privacy — this is a public forum!] which I would very much like to continue using, as well as all the stuff I saved in there. I do not remember how I proved who I was before without having a secret key, but I will have to do that again. I think it was by the card that charged the accont, but do not remember. Any help is greatly appreciated.

@AndrewBaylis: Thanks for reaching out. I'm sorry for the confusion! "Proving" something to us will not allow us to grant you access to your account; we do not have your Secret Key, and you will need that in order to sign in on a new device. If you don't have your Emergency Kit and you destroyed all of the information in 1Password on your device, you'll need to get your Secret Key from the 1Password app on another device, or in a browser you've used to access your account:
Find your Secret Key or Setup Code
Otherwise, you will need to start over from scratch with a new account. We can help you do that if you'll email us at support@1password.com and post the Support ID you receive here. But we cannot give you access to your data, as it's not something we ever have access to ourselves; only you ever did.
