TouchID option comes and goes

in iOS

On my wife's iPhone 6S, sometimes when 1Password opens it can only be unlocked by entering the password but not with TouchID.
Other times, it can be unlocked with a fingerprint.

1Password Version: 7.0.6
Extension Version: Not Provided
OS Version: iOS 11.2.6
Sync Type: AgileBits (Family)

    Hi @melvynadam

    Could you please check and see what the 1Password > Settings > Advanced > Security > Require Master Password setting is set for?

    It was set to 2 Weeks. I've changed it to Never. Hoping that's the solution. Thanks!
