Cloud interfering with log in - how to 'start over' without going through Cloud

bought in 2015 set master password never used. want to resume and use today can't sign in with new master password as Cloud has another one registered. How do I 'start over' without Cloud interfering?

Welcome to the forum, @heathergulyas! I'm afraid without a little more detail of the kind you left off your initial message, it'll be difficult to know where to direct you. Are you referring to iCloud? 1password.com account? Dropbox? What did you purchase in 2015 and what version of 1Password and of your OS (Windows? Mac?) are you currently running?
